Fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished living room, dining room and 3 bedrooms. Primary bedroom has a King, 2nd bedroom has 1 queen and 1 single and 3 bedroom (sectioned off with an accordion divider from living room) has 1 queen and 1 double. Sea Colony is a gated private community with amenities including a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), indoor and outdoor tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, exercise room, walking paths, bike paths, lakes, ponds and community tram/shuttle services. Saturday-Saturday Rental, non-smoking, no pets.

Good Unit, Enjoyable vacation
My family has been coming down for 30+ years and we have sampled a plethora of different properties for our vacation. My parents are now grandparents; they were able to stay with us and took the large bedroom. It offered plenty of space and nice chairs for dressing --- helpful for my father who loses his balance and needs a cane to get around. The middle bedroom was taken by my sister's family of four. I took the daybed in the den. This was a large/spacious unit that made it so we weren't climbing on top of each other and could all have a private space if needed. You don't usually get that unless you go to the units in the back. Yes, the unit is dated compared to many of the other units we have seen but the offered space more than made up for that, to me. (I travel a lot and stay in hotels so I've grown to value the space over a shiny veneer (that would have likely pushed it out of our price range, too)). Tansey Warner is where my family original would rent from and were very pleased with the ease of check-in. Would definitely rent the unit and/or with Tansey Warner again. +++
