Our family truly enjoyed our two week stay at 404SE. We spent two weeks last year at the same unit so we felt like we were home again. This is the seventh year that we’ve been coming to Bethany and we plan on staying in the same unit next year. Tansy Warner has been great to work with on the rental arrangements.

So glad we didn't cancel this year!

We went back and forth about going to Sea Colony this year because one of our family members has high risk of infection. We decided to go, planning to skip the pools and hot tub, and just enjoy the beach. It was more than enough to restore and rejuvenate us! We wore masks to and from the beach and pushed elevator buttons with our elbows. The condo was comfortable and clean. My kids said their street-facing bedroom was kind of noisy at night, but the master is nice and quiet. It was an interesting year to be there, and I’m grateful we got to continue our Bethany Beach trip for the 12th consecutive year!

An Ideal Spot

A pleasant and comfortable place to spend a vacation! I have rented this unit 3 times and will continue to do so. It has a lovely ocean view and is conveniently located for indoor and outdoor pools as well as the beach. The unit is well kept and has a well supplied kitchen.

Great Stay

This was our 2nd year in this lovely condo unit. We love it. It is convenient, well stocked, quiet with a beautiful view and balcony to enjoy the beach sunrise to sunup. All amenities work well and it is very spacious for a family of 4 or 5.

Wonderful Unit!

This was our best unit yet in terms of being well stocked with good quality cooking items, some "extras" if needed (or forgotten from home!) and a beautiful and generous balcony with a lovely view. Clearly, the unit owners take great pride and consideration of their guests into account. Please thank them for me. The folks at Tansey Warner are always wonderful to work with, so thank yourselves too. We may rent this unit next year if it is available!

Better than expected

I have been vacationing in Bethany beach for 40 years. We have not rented a high-rise condo for 35 years. We vacationed with 2 of our grandchildren ages 7 and 10. for the first time, we vacationed with grandchildren without their parents. The pool and the beach were a great combination. The 2 bedroom was spacious and the "secret room in the 2nd bedroom became an escape for the kids to rest and watch their screens. I was concerned about long waits for elevators and parking problems. No problems at all. Would rent again.

A wonderful beach condo

We had previously only rented first floor and lanai units so I was a little worried that going higher would be inconvenient to the amenities. Instead, it was wonderful, maybe our best trip yet! The elevators are very fast and the view was beautiful to see and hear. The condo was just about perfect. Comfortable beds, nice (detachable) shower heads, very good wi-fi, comfortable seating for TV time, a thoughtfully stocked kitchen, and dishwasher and washing machine better than mine at home! Books and puzzles for the one rainy day we had. The only negative was my kids having trouble getting to sleep because of all the nighttime light in the window of the second bedroom. But even with that, my two thumbs are going way up for 404S Edgewater.

Pleasant Vista, Pleasant Stay

Though on a lower floor of the building, the view from this unit is lovely. The condo is nicely furnished and equipped. Of course, its location in Edgewater House is extremely convenient for use of the indoor pool and hot tub.
