Out unit was wonderful. We had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing and refreshing stay at sea colony oceanfront. Theupdates to the unit were great. The unit was clean and comfortable. Bathroom updates were great. We were sutprised that more people were not the week. Our only frustration was the wait time at sea colony to receive our parking permit and beach passes. We waited approximately two hours in a line outside of the store with many other people and families. It took us about five minutes to get what we needed we suggest another way for distributing parking permits and beach passes be developed by sea colony.p

Sea Colony Oceanfront. 403 Brandywine 1 bedroom
We enjoyed staying in this lovely unit. The renovations are great. The unit was ckean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great wee at Bethany Beach. The only issue we had was the extremely long wait at Sea Colony to get our parking permit and badges. Almost 2 hours. A separate line is needed for renters only needing those items. Very frustrating!!

403B
We enjoyed our stay in Brandywine 403B. The unit was larger than I expected being a one bedroom. It was nice to have the sleeper sofas even though we didn’t use them. The unit could use to be painted and the tile flooring should be replaced as they don’t look clean. We had to call to have the toilets checked due to them running constantly. Tansey Warner responded immediately and had someone to repair. The bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage and bed was comfortable The view isn’t good which we were aware of when we rented . This unit is basic but was fine for us. Sea Colony is a perfect place to vacation with family and friends.
