Nice Condo

We stayed August 19th to 26th 2023. We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It has everything you need in the kitchen, with a really nice double oven/induction top stove, that I wish I could have at home. There are two coffee pots,(no Kuregs) one big one small to accommodate decaf and regular coffee drinkers. There were umbrellas and beach chairs in the closets to use on the beach. There was a great balcony with full view of the ocean, a great place to sit with your morning coffee or nightcap before bed. The only drawback was the couch and chairs in the living room were not very comfortable. In fact the chairs on the balcony were much more comfortable than the couch. I would definitely stay again especially if the living room furniture gets an upgrade.

FANTASTIC Condo!

This was our first stay in this particular condo, and it was FANTASTIC! We LOVED it! All of the amenities were modern, updated, clean, cozy, and all-around lovely. A perfect place to spend a week away from home!

Enjoyable September Visit

The unit has a breathtaking view of the ocean. It was attractively furnished, and the kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, and dishware. We will certainly consider renting here again.

Excellent stay!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at 507 Island! It had a very well equipped kitchen, which is beautifully updated. This was the best part for us because we had homemade meals every night. The master bedroom had a king size bed that was very comfortable. TVs in all the rooms. And every closet had beach chairs, umbrellas, or boogie boards.

Wonderful Week at Bethany

Our family of four enjoyed 4th of July week at Bethany Beach in this beautiful condo. Everything was perfect and the staff was very responsive to our calls. We hope to stay here again in the future.

507 Island House Sea Colony

This is my second year staying in this condo and it's amenities are outstanding, the bathrooms great for the elderly and the views beyond compare! I opt for the linen rental package, and am glad that I did because this year, upon baking, I found that the potholders available last year were no longer there! The hand towels worked perfectly, though! This is a place for many memories.

Lovely Well Stocked Beach Condo

Over the years, I have stayed in more than a dozen beach rental units, and this owner is to be commended. This is THE BEST outfitted kitchen ever. Ample cups, plates, glasses for all. Blender, Juicer, large and small cocktail shakers, spices, huge shrimp boil pot--everything we needed for a smooth visit. The direct beachfront view is excellent. The artwork in the unit is lovely and above average. The TV in the living room is a little small. The bathrooms are updated and in excellent working order. The MBR window was missing a screen and the den/bedroom door a little flimsy. But overall, a lovely beach rental. Sea Colony, as always is a fantastic family oriented resort. Quiet, lots of new friends for kids to meet up and play with. Short walk to restaurants and shops in downtown Bethany. I would love it if Tansey would arrange for/supply recreation badges to streamline check-in. See you next year!
