Walk out the sliding glass doors to the promenade that leads to the beach.  This well appointed and nicely furnished condo features four flat screen TVs (1 is a 3D), four DVD players, video library and stereo MP3 docking station. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, glass flat-topped stainless steel range, double ovens, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven and blender. Breakfast bar w/seating for two.  Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and dining room. Ceramic tile in kitchen, dining room and baths. Carpeting in living room and bedrooms. Ceramic tile showers.  Sea Colony is a gated private community with amenities including a  half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), indoor and outdoor tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, exercise room, walking paths, bike paths, lakes, ponds and community tram/shuttle services.  Saturday-Saturday Rental, non-smoking, no pets.

110 Island

This is the 2nd condo we stayed at in Island House this summer and I could tell the difference and why there is a difference in price from our previous accomodations. The beds were more comfortable and the games for the kids were welcomed as was the stocked kitchen. The only thing I would add would be a table for the porch to be able to sit at but there are tables outside of the porch in front of the pool.

110 Island House

The condo was updated and very well equipped. The ground floor location is optimal for quick access to the beach and pool, and coming back in for a quick lunch. Island House is at the end of the property and is a little less crowded than the other buildings. We had a great trip in Aug 2018 and highly recommend Island 110!

We had a lovely stay in 110 Island House! The location is ideal and the unit was equipped with everything we needed or wanted. The beds were also comfortable! The owner and property management company were great to deal with. We will be back!

110 Island House -

Terrific condo location for families with young children or for those who are not a fan of climbing stairs or riding elevators to high floors. The back door patio steps right onto the resorts' pool deck. We had no issues with noise being on the first floor during nighttime our a children's nap time. The pools themselves are securely gated where we did not worry about our toddler's safety when they played outside. Only 50-75 yards from the back door to beach sand. We were impressed with the security of checking wristbands to keep out non resort visitors. The owner provides a well furnished condo in great shape. They provided everyday conveniences from kitchen utensils and cookware to a large DVD collection to an assortment of board games. The location of the unit was and restaurants across the street and walkable. Additionally, the Bethany Beach boardwalk was a short 1/2 drive up the road with incredibly easy street parking. We would recommend this unit to anyone looking to relax and have fun in Bethany Beach.

Great Condo, Great Time

A great location next to the pool with a direct view of the ocean was terrific. The unit was well furnished and stocked with items that we typically forget to bring. I have no reservations about recommending this unit to anyone, but particularly to my family members,

Great location!

We had a wonderful time at 110 Island House! We really appreciated the board and card games as well as the 3D TV and movies. We always go to Bethany the first week in June, but this year the weather was wacky and was more like winter weather. Fortunately we had 3 days of sun! We loved being on the first floor, being able to walk right out onto the beach. Unfortunately the pool was not being opened until the day we were leaving (6/11/17.) This was a bummer, because the appeal of having the pool right outside the door was one of the reasons we chose this unit. However, we would definitely stay at this unit again, as we had a great time and really loved being on the 1st floor. Thank you for opening your home! One suggestion would be to have a journal there for the renters to write their thoughts and fun things they did during their stay. :-)

We were very pleased with the service Tansey Warner provided. The welcome bag was a great idea and greatly appreciated. Our condo was beautiful, just like the pictures. The location provided perfect access to the pool and the beach. We had no complaints at all. The only recommendation would be the use of the key in the sliding glass door.
