Access the unit by one or two flights of stairs. From the parking level the elevator in the high rise can be taken to the first-floor promenade, cross that to the garden building and then up 1 flight of stairs. No waiting for the elevator when coming up from the beach! Well equipped kitchen that has been remodeled with a spacious opening to the dining area. Accommodates 5 with a queen and single bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. This unit also boasts a rare 2 reserved parking spaces. KEYLESS ENTRY. Linens are not included with rental but can be ordered during booking.Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. Great place to stay - so convenient to be able to use stairs to access the beach and not to have to wait to take an elevator. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Would stay at this condo in future visits.
