Positives: 1- TW very efficient 2- Kitchen well stocked 3- Balcony furniture comfy and ample for party of five. Negatives: 1- No room in 2nd/3rd BRs to hang clothes in closets. Owner stored items and tv/stand. 2- Master bath sink/vanity needs updating. Very low. 3- Found 2 broken lamps. 4- Kitchen faucet leaked. Was fixed quickly.
