Perfect in every way!
This was our first time renting 501 Chesapeake. We hope to continue coming here for years and years. This condo is PERFECT! We were blown away in so many ways. The first thing we loved were the views, it was breathtaking. We used the balcony a lot! You can actually hear the waves through the windows and walls. The condo was decorated beautifully. It was very clean. The owners think of everything and It had everything we needed and more. Stocked well. Plenty of space for our family of four. I cannot say one negative thing. It was easy and fast to get to the beach and pool. Our car was safely parked under the building. We could walk to SO much. Restaurants, mini golf, the boardwalk downtown, etc. We loved 501 Chesapeake and staying in Sea Colony! Already excited to return next year! Thank you to all who made our experience wonderful! :)

Beach experience from the balcony
My parents have rented at Sea Colony for the past 40 years; we’ve tried units in the back, in different buildings, and now this one. My father uses a cane and my mother has skin cancer; they don’t usually leave the units much anymore. This particular unit rekindled their love of the beach because of the views and proximity to everything (while still having slightly more privacy than Edgewater). They were able to watch my niece and nephew play in the pool below. The unit itself was also designed and decorated in a way that we were able to move around comfortably. (They have also become addicted to Keurig coffee now, haha)
