Located in the Private Middlesex Beach Community of South Bethany, this cute and welcoming home combines the peacefulness of a mountain house with the proximity to a private beach. This 3-bedroom 2 bath home is the perfect beach getaway for family, friends, and furry companions! Pets are welcome, $250 non-refundable fee required per pet. 2 pet maximum. The private Middlesex Beach is located within walking distance or by car using the guest parking permit ($150 refundable cash deposit required). Open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, living room dining room, separate hallway with primary bedroom with access to backyard and large 3 season room. Two bedrooms and full bath with shared access to 3 season room, 2 outdoor showers, grill, and private driveway for 2 vehicles. Maximum occupancy is six but can sleep up to 8 with use of a "bring your own" portable mattress. Saturday-Saturday rentals. Long term seasonal rentals are considered.
