Sea Colony is a gated private community with amenities including a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), indoor and outdoor tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, exercise room, walking paths, bike paths, lakes, ponds and community tram/shuttle services. We had a wonderful week and enjoyable vacation. My only negative comment on our rental was the lack of paper products. I have never stayed at a BRB or VBRO that didn’t supply toilet paper, paper towels etc. Otherwise it was a great location, clean and well stocked kitchen.

Unit is an older one but comfortable and well stocked. Easy walking distance to tennis and the beach. Tansey-Warner makes the rental process easy.

The unit is convenient a short walk or tram ride to the beach in a quiet area. The unit is a bit dated. It appears the owners did some updates of vanities an toilets. The kitchen is well equipped. The staff at Tansey Warner were very helpful and accommodating.
