This condo was fully renovated in 2017 with additional upgrades in 2021. This is a custom designed condo with 2 Bedrooms plus a 3rd bedroom/den which sleeps up to 8 guests with CoreTec flooring throughout. Beautiful updated kitchen awaits you with quartz and granite countertops and all appliances you need for your stay. The beach themed living room has all new furniture and new 55” Smart LED Samsung Ultra HD TV with Wifi-enabled Blu-ray DVD and a Bose SoundTouch Wireless 10 music system. Spacious 26 foot outdoor balcony is accessible by the living room or primary bedroom and is overlooking the beach and Edgewater pool. The Primary Suite features a king sized bed, 48" Samsung 4KK Ultra HD TV and access to its own private bathroom with large double vanity, rainfall shower head, and all new Kohler fixtures. The second bedroom includes two double beds with 43" TV. The 3rd bedroom/den also overlooks the beach includes a daybed with a trundle and a 40" TV. The new hall bath has a tub, glass tile, quartz countertop, and glass enclosure. 304 edgewater
We really enjoyed this rental property and loved its updated accommodations. The kitchen was great and had ample space. However, we were disappointed there was not a coffee pot and had to borrow one from another unit where we had friends staying. There was only a Keurig provided. The small bedroom with the twin trundle was rather warm. Otherwise the unit was very comfortable.

Family Stay at 304N
This unit is great for families and has many amenities to supplement the fantastic Sea Colony resort. The house is fully stocked with every kitchen tool/plates/glasses you might need during your stay. The 2 beds in bedroom 1 and the king in the master are comfortable and in good shape. The daybed in bedroom 3 needs to be replaced as the frame is coming out from the bed itself and causes the mattress to collapse. The AC vent in the 3rd bedroom also didn’t work during our stay so recommend fixing as well for the hot months. Renting linens and towels was super easy and definitely recommend. The check in/check out process was very easy and the location of the unit is perfect for move in/move out and views. Great place with minor tweaks needed. Definitely coming back! Thank you!
