This condo is conveniently located in the Edgewater house which has community indoor pool and convenience store.Sea Colony is a gated private community with amenities including a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), indoor and outdoor tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, exercise room, walking paths, bike paths, lakes, ponds and community tram/shuttle services. Assigned covered parking spot is less than 100 yards from the beach so vehicle can be used as a convenient beach locker. Sunday-Sunday Rental, non-smoking, no pets.

Depends what you're looking for
This unit is a bargain. So while it’s large and the bathrooms and flooring are updated, the furniture and rugs are stained, the king bed is not comfortable, and it feels and looks a bit worn. Other than the bed, which felt old with oddly sloping sides, we ultimately didn’t mind because we could stay two weeks on the East side for the same price as many properties cost for one week. If you’re expecting to walk into a fresh, modern, minimalist place, though, this is not for you.

Wonderful location with a great view Unit was clean and all appliances were in working order Beds were comfortable. Unit is decorated in a somewhat dated decor and doesn’t feel like a shore vacation unit, more like staying in a family members home. The outdoor furniture is a bar type set of furniture, offering high stools for a good view. The only chair for relaxation on the deck, reclining is one chase lounge. The unit cleanliness, location and view far outweigh the negatives and we will book again
