Sea Colony is a gated private community with amenities including a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), indoor and outdoor tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, exercise room, walking paths, bike paths, lakes, ponds and community tram/shuttle services. We have been staying here for a couple of years and really enjoy the property. My only suggestion is that it’s about time that they replace the furniture in the living room. It is wearing out and extremely uncomfortable.

Wonderful Annual Sea Colony Beach Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our annual trip to Sea Colony. This is our 3rd time staying at 22019 Summerwalk. We love the size of the home as it easily accommodates 7 adults and one grandchild. The kitchen is well stocked and there is seating for 12 in the dining area and kitchen. It is in a terrific location, about a mile from the beach which we enjoy walking too and close to tennis center and gym. Plan on staying there again next year!

Fantastic house!
We really enjoyed staying here. We loved the updated flooring, the kitchen being open to the dining room, and the shade from the trees in the back. The air conditioning works well. The extra bedroom in the upstairs hallway was great and not something you'd see often in those houses on the west side--BUT the ventilation in there is poor and it gets very hot in there when the halogen lamp is on in the room for even a short period of time. The armoire in that room covers the vent and it is probably not a great idea to have it in there, or else place a fan in there for circulation. Tansey-Warner was very responsive to my requests for service on the ceiling fans. The distance from the house to the nearest tram stop is not terribly far, but it's also not terribly close. It is a 10 minute walk to the fitness center and T4 pool/splash pad and around 7 minutes to the lake playground. We would love to come back another time.

quiet and cozy
We love this property and its location. Close to the little boardwalk that leads right to a tram stop and close to the fitness center. Tucked away with little traffic. And enough chairs for everyone to sit and eat together!

Another Terrific Vacation at Sea Colony
We thoroughly enjoyed our annual trip to Sea Colony with extended family. This home had the perfect layout for 6 of us. There were 3 bedrooms and a niche that held a bed. The main level was great for having extended family over for socializing in the evenings. I was so pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked with anything I could need for cooking. The home also had beach chairs to use and the layout just worked really well for us. Hopefully, we can stay again next year!

Awesome place!
The unit was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed! We love all of the amenities at Sea Colony especially all of the pools! The electronic check in was a breeze. We had a great week in Bethany and can't wait to return!
