This was our second year back at 304 Brandywine. We really enjoy staying at this condo. The condo is reasonably priced and has a lot of room. The kitchen is fully stocked with items to cook with if needed. The one closet has beach items and items to use throughout the Sea Colony facility (ex. tennis rackets, frisbee's, etc.). The condo also has board games to play and a ton of books for renters to read. The condo was very clean when entering and has been well taken care of. All of the beds and bed frames could be updated/ replaced for every time a person moves the bed squeaks. My family loves that everything is within walking distance to Brandywine.

My family loved Sea Colony. The facility was very clean along with the rooms for the most part. Staff were very friendly too. I love that the facility has so much to offer and to do. The private beach was very nice and had lots of space. The pools were not crowded at all and I liked how there were so many to use. Several times we went to the aquatics and fitness center to use the pools and enjoyed them very much. The outside pools could have been warmer. The splash pad was nice. The facility offers a tram service that goes to all of Sea Colony’s property sections. The town of Bethany Trolley goes by the tennis courts on the east side and will drop you off if needed. It is sometimes hard to flag down the trolley though since Sea Colony is not a designated stop((I wish it was). Here’s my suggestions to improve the facility. I wish that every outdoor pool area had a kiddie pool. My family stayed in Brandywine and had to walk all the way down to the opposite side of the complex to use a kiddie pool. It would be nice if there were outside hot tubs, water slides and a lazy River. There needs to be another playground on the south side of the east complex. The playground on the north end of Sea Colony East needs expanded. Kids get bored quickly. Overall great place to stay! The condo had lots of Board games to play. Also provide basic cleaning supplies if needed along with beach chairs and toys. Rooms were very spacious and I loved the upgraded bathrooms. Ceiling was peeling and the master bedroom bed wasn’t very comfortable, but the second bedroom bed was. Definitely would stay again!

We really enjoyed staying at this location. The floors and bathrooms were both new and very clean looking. It was well stocked with necessities for the week.
