As always, Tansey Warner was great to deal with; check-in went smoothly. This was our first time staying in 305 Chesapeake and we would rent again. First unit where the blender worked, thank you!! We’ve been going to Sea Colony for 49 years now and usually stay oceanside for convenience but as the resort has grown there are benefits to staying on the west side as well depending on your needs. I’m sure we will see you again next summer.

Wonderful
The unit is located in the most prefect place, right next to the stairs for easy access, prefect views of the ocean and the beach as well as the courtyard. The owners definitely know what everyone needs when on vacation and have provided extra supplies if you forget anything and details throughout that go the extra mile. We lost power do to a lightning strike near by and the place had battery operated candles throughout the entire unit, which was fantastic. the unit is beautify decorated and equipped with everything you need. we had few minor issues with shades and icemaker, and someone was working on fixing them within an hour of calling Tansey Warner. Made our vacation one of the best we've had to date. Thank you

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay at 305 Chesapeake in Sea Colony and the ease of renting through Tansey Warner. The unit was clean and welcoming when we arrived exactly as pictured. The staff at Tansey Warner were professional and were so easy to work with. We hope we can rent this unit again this year.

Very nicely redone
We've been going to Sea Cilony for our Family Reunuion for over 35 years now. This is probably the nicest re-model we've rented so far. Kitchen is well appointed, and not with warn-out garage sale stuff. Bathrooms are quite nice with good water pressure in both showers. Beds are OK, a bit on the firm side. All-in-all, we will be renting this Unit again next summer.

Perfect Place to Stay
305 Chesapeake is lovely. It’s clean and comfortable, with a beautiful ocean view off the deck. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds provide a great night’s rest. Who could ask for more?

Best Experience Ever!
This was our first year renting 305 Chesapeake and our first year renting through Tansey-Warner. Tansey-Warner was an absolute pleasure to work with. The condo was super clean, everything was working, We had zero housekeeping issues and checking in and out was super easy. The condo was the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in. The décor was gorgeous, everything was updated and the master bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. This was our 9th year at Sea Colony and we plan on many more years. We will never rent another condo again and we will never rent through anyone but Tansey-Warner. Thank you for helping us make incredible summer vacation memories:)

Sun and Fun
This is our 16th year going to Behthany Beach and staying at 305 Chesapeake. This year, as in every past year, the condo is most comfortable. The "extras" that are stocked for convenience is always a nice touch. Our family has made many great "beach" memories in Bethany. We look forward to going for many more years.

The property was so clean we were very impressed. They had everything you would need. We were very comfortable and loved it we will rent again. We only had 3 issues while there but not deal breakers. 1) wifi was on and off kids couldnt use it in the bedroom it would shut off. 2) the front door stuck a few times and it was hard to open 3) there were power surges in both bathrooms while trying to run a blow dryer to blow dry hair. This was by far the best unit I am rented at Sea Colony. It was very well appointed and decorated with taste as well as being clean. It was well-equipped with regards to appliances, including TV and comfortable beds. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again which I will probably do next year. Also thanks to the office staff for being such fun which is half the goal of being at the beach. The other goal is food and sun. Thanks for recommending that unit to me .

Great place
Even though tropical storm Hermine threatened during our stay, this place is wonderful, relaxing place to retreat and weather the storm! With some minor upgrades to the mattresses, I would rate it outstanding and have enjoyed staying here the past several years.

My family has been going to DE and staying in 305C for 8 years. Never had a complaint.Love the area, Sea Colony and the beach. 305C is always clean and each year there are new upgrades. Tansy Warner isalways there if you need anything. Will be back next year.
