Wonderful time
We had a lovely time. The apartment was good- no problems. However, the window next to the front door has a big crack. Also, many of the plastic chairs on the balcony are broken. We look forward to coming back next summer.

Fantastic Stay
This is the first stay we have had in this particular unit. We absolutely loved the ease of accessibility this unit offers, both to the lot for unloading and loading and to the pool and beach. The unit is comfortable and a perfect option for a small family of four. We would definitely keep this one on our list of options when planning our next visit to Sea Colony.

Central location with nice view of ocean
We liked the layout of the unit and the view of the ocean. Being in Edgewater makes access to other buildings easy (our extended family had units in other buildings at the same time). The furniture on the balcony was quite weathered and the twin beds in the back bedroom could have been better. The living room worked really well. Being on the second floor worked better than we expected.

Nice unit
This unit had wonderful ocean views and major convenience. There is easy access to two elevators and stair cases, so moving in and out was a breeze. There were lots of books to read and a good TV set up. Furniture in the family room was comfy. Balcony chairs were a bit flimsy and the beds were quite hard. The showers are so-so. The kitchen had everything necessary except the top of the blender. We tried the extra key everywhere we could think of but never did figure out what it opened! We had a great week and would stay here again.

We had a fabulous time in Bethany for our summer vacation. The property was clean nicely laid out. Both bathrooms were perfect. We will for sure want to rent this particular condo for next summer!!
