21004 Timberview Court
Quaint apartment that was well kept and for value conscious families. Great closet space, new appliances and solid water pressure were the highlights.

Lovely Beach Retreat
Spacious and well-supplied condo. Pleasing decor and comfortable beds. Had a sunny week, but there are lots of “rainy day” books, games and puzzles for kids. Very nice beach home.

Lovely Beach Retreat
Very nicely furnished and supplied 2 BR beach home. Quiet and convenient location. Have rented from Tansey-Warner for more than 10 years and always receive excellent service.

Wonderful 2 week break from the 2020 craziness
Decided to come for 2 weeks this year to escape all that 2020 has thrown at us. We stayed on Timberview Court. We’ve been coming to Sea Colony for 17 years and we’ve stayed in this unit 5 times in the past 8 years. The huge 2nd bedroom has a Queen and twin bunk beds, which is perfect for our 2 kids, plus gives us room if we want to bring a friend for our younger son. They have made improvements over the years. Our only complaint is we wish they would put a king bed in the master bedroom.

Perfect Condo
Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We have visited the Sea Colony each year and this was one of our favorite places. It is well equipped and provided a comfortable living space which allowed us to watch tv and play games on a rainy day. The screens on porch is a plus. This condo is the perfect choice for an enjoyable week at the beach.

Excellent again!
This was out 14th consecutive year with our kids at Sea Colony and the 13th renting from Tansey Warner. We won't rent from anybody else. This was also our 4th year renting 21004 Timberview Court. It is a great value and works really well for our family!

Great Vacation Rental...
We enjoyed our stay minus a few minor issues which were addressed immmediately! We cannot wait until next year and hope that we will be able to rent this unit again. Very clean and comfortable even though we had an ant issue the first couple days which you took care of. We loved renting here and renting with Tansey Warner. This was our 13th consecutive year renting a Sea Colony unit from Tansey Warner and this is the only one we've rented more than once. 2016 was the 3rd time in this condo in the past 4 summers. The size, location and amenities are perfect for us.

Simply the BEST
From the time we entered Delaware to start our vacation it was great. The traffic from PA was great. The people at the reality office were super nice. We asked if we could get into our rental early to put some food in it and they said that was not possible but we could use the fridge at the reality office until our rental was ready. Super friendly and nice. The weather and week was great and we will definitely be coming back and renting from you again! Thanks for all that you do to make the vacation amazing!

Sea Vacation
I have a back injury and finding furniture that is painless as possiable is really hard at times. But in this condo I have a chair and bed I can use with little pain. No way will I ever be painless. The rooms are great and I love how the dinning room and living room allow our family to be together. Will be back next year.
