As a kid, I would come to Sea Colony every summer and this was my first time bringing my own children! Tansey Warner was amazing with finding a perfect rental for our family. 604 Harbor was so beautiful, clean and convenient. We loved every day of our stay and It really made It feel like home. Book your stay with Tansey Warner, it’s the best way to go!

A lovely condo with just about everything one needs and more. We had a terrific week at shore once again. We were a little disappointed that no one had left salt and pepper and other dry staples that we had become accustomed to seeing in other condos over the years. We did not add our contribution figuring it may be covid protocol at work :(

Lovely view and quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the condo. We would have appreciated a minor improvement, the vacuum didnt work . Otherwise it was well equipped and comfortable for 6 people.

604 Harbor House first week of August 1922

So actually this is the sweet that I stayed in with my wife and daughter and child. It was a sanctuary children were to gather at the other three places that we got in Island House. It was very nice with a great View that all my expectations. The only thing is the one bed in the master bedroom could have been more comfortable otherwise it was a great week. Many thanks for all that you did to make it a great week for all of my children and grandchildren we would definitely come back thanks Gary Robertson

Fall weekend getaway

We are new both to Tansey Warner and to Sea Colony though we’ve been vacationing in Bethany Beach for decades. Tansey Warner’s booking process was delightfully simple and their staff exceptionally polite and friendly. All emailed instructions were clear and thorough. Sea Colony beach was not crowded this time of year and the swimming was excellent. Our condominium was clean and well appointed... not too fancy but updated with nice kitchen and appliances and counter. Everything worked. The view was lovely. Thank you for a wonderful fall weekend.

First time. We will be coming again!

We have rented beach houses all along the east coast. For families, Sea Colony cannot be beat. We loved the ease to the beach and pools. For us we would love to see more take-out and grocery delivery places like you see in FL. All in all it was wonderful and we loved every minute.

Perfect for families

The location of this condo is perfect if you have little ones. We have almost two year old twins and a 5 year old, and the Convenience of the kiddie pool and beach is perfect. The condo it self was perfect for us too. It had a washer and dryer which was amazing! It was updates with flat screens, but the furniture wasn’t brand new.... which with kids was perfect! We loved it! The only thing that we struggles with was there were no shades for the windows that room darkening(which didn’t bother us) so the kids were up very very early! Got to start the day nice and early though! We will rent again! Tansey also made everything very easy. Any question we had if we emailed or called, we got a response within a half hour if that! Overall above impressed!!

SEA COLONY HAS SO MUCH TO OFFER-BEEN COMING TO BETHANY BEACH FOR OVER 20 YEARS. THE CONDO HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. GREAT VACATION!

My week at sea colony

We had a great week and the apartment was comfortable and met our needs. The only issue we had was that it seemed that the hot water was a little more limited than with other units we have had.

Great Week

We had a terrific week and really enjoyed 604 Harbour. Updated bathrooms were very nice and, of course,we loved the balcony and ocean view as well as the pools, fitness center and other amenities of Sea Colony! Already looking forward to next year!
