The location was great with a good view of the beach. The bathrooms were redone and good for all. The kitchen was the original and could be renovated but was functional with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The microwave was not working and the screen was not on the track. I called Sunday morning and you had a new microwave and someone to fix the screen by 9:30 Monday morning. Thank you. The Queen bed was very hard but the rest were comfortable. The unit was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would rent the unit again.

Recent Stay

Beautiful condo. Nicely redone and decorated. Liked that there was a wooden dining room table, great for eating crabs. We’re not a fan of glass table tops. So really didn’t care for the glass coffee table. A type of ottoman would have been great. And we were a little concerned about the middle seat on the couch. If someone isn’t careful, they could possibly hit their head on one of the spiral stairs. Main issue however was the lack of chairs and table on deck. Only 2! Condo held 8-9 people! And, bathroom towel rung was broken. We made do. Potential for excellent rating!

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay in 903 Island House. Whilst we usually stay in one of the central buildings we liked that it was a bit quieter being at the south end of Sea Colony. The unit had plenty of space for our small family and the kids enjoyed having the loft as a play area, although we had to keep a close eye on them when using the open spiral stairs. the unit was well equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable. I would say the cleaning could have been more thorough (finger marks on furniture, dust and candy wrappers under the beds) and the old toaster oven needs an upgrade but otherwise it was a great home away from home for a week at the beach.

Wonderful views. New flooring and upgraded bathrooms were wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, plates, and choices of coffee pots. The toaster oven should be replaced.

Great Stay!

First, working with Tansey Warner is always easy and straight forward. We're happy clients! 903 Island is a great unit because of the extra loft space and the incredible panoramic ocean view from the balcony - you can look down the beach for miles! The floors and bathrooms were recently remodeled and are very nice. The only weak spot is the kitchen, where we had problems with a loose dishwasher door as well as pots and pans in serious need of updating. Overall a great week at the beach!

Awesome week at 903 Island

My family had a fantastic week in this unit. We had plenty of room thanks to the loft and the unit was complete with all the necessary amenities. We vacationed at Sea Colony years ago when our kids were small so they wanted to recapture those memories and as adults it was everything they remembered. Our granddaughter even learned to crawl that week! The staff at Sea Colony and Tansey Warner could not be more helpful and we were impressed at how maintained the property is kept. Only issue is the limited parking (we had 3 cars) but luckily we had friends that owned in Bethany to accommodate us. Thanks for a helping us with making a beautiful memorable vacation for our family.

We really enjoyed the rental,our first time at bethany, and we thought the resort was great. Everything was as described and fit us perfectly. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. Hope to rent again next year.

PH3 - Island House

We had a wonderful vacation that was highlighted by the view from the balcony at PH3 in Island House. The condo was quiet and roomy and we'll definitely try to book it again the next time Bethany Beach is in our future.

Lovely views, quieter end of Sea Colony. The kitchen was quite adequate, although starting to show its age. The bedding was great, good night's sleep even on the sleep sofa. It would have been nice to have a good reading chair in the living room and a better, usable small table on the deck.

PH3 Island

We really enjoyed our vacation at PH3 Island. The young girls were taken by the loft. The only comment I would have for future renters is that the light switch for the dining light is on the opposite wall. We could not find it as the flower arrangement hid the switch. Also, to make the internet work, we had to reset the modem and router several times. We would gladly stay in this unit again.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. Tansey is easy to work with. The view is nice from this condo, and overall it is comfortable and attractive. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen appointments need attention--the drawers and cabinets need cleaning and some missing items need replacement. The living room couch is pretty but the cushions are worn out.
