Unit 502 Chesapeake is a comfortable condo located ocean front at Sea Colony. The unit has been updated, has all the home amenities to make for a wonderful visit. Comfortable king-sized bed and a well stocked kitchen for your daily needs. Beautiful ocean and pool views and just a short 10 minute walk to Bethany beach center. We enjoyed our stay.

Another incredible vacation!

Our unit is and has been always very well maintained. It is like being home, but with a much better view! The unit is very well stocked (we cook a lot and actually do laundry). Each year there is an upgrade of some type made. This year several wonderful things were done including the kitchen and both baths, plus little touches. Much love is put into this home away from home and we have made incredible memories with our family over the last 13 years! We can’t say enough about the pride the owners show in their condo. Thank you for letting us be a part of this wonderful blessing!!!

Very comfortable 1 bedroom w beautiful sea view

Beautiful and comfortable 1 bedroom with gorgeous view. Apartment is well kept and clean with all the amenities a small family needs. The balcony is the most beautiful part, because it invites you to eat or drink while “floating over the ocean”. The internet device is in the bedroom on top of the VCR by the bedroom TV. You won’t be able to capture internet for Chesapeake 502 unless that bedroom device is on. It took us an hour to figure out, but we eventually got it. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this week rental.

Lovely decor. Furnished and supplied to satisfy the renter. The best one bedroom we have rented over the years, The best view of the ocean and the best parking space. The bedroom could use a ceiling fan for air circulation. The floor fan just does not do the job.

We had a wonderful time in this condo unit. Very nicely furnished and warm and comfortable. The unit had everything we could possible want or need. The parking is conveniently located near the elevator. It has a nice view of the beach and the pool area. this is our 2nd year renting this same unit and we wouldn't hesitate to rent it again. Thank you for making it feel like HOME!

Great stay!

The rental was very nice and accommodating. The master bedroom was great and had its own bathroom, which we loved! The kitchen had all the necessities that you needed which was great when you cooked. The rental had extra blankets, sand toys, etc. the balcony had a wonderful view of the beach/pool area! We enjoyed our time while we were there!

We Loved the Condo

Hi, I was extremely satisfied with 502 Chesapeake. Amazing view of the beach. I was very grateful to be able to get my parking pass/ beach pass when I arrived at 10 AM. I was also happy that the condo was ready early and I was able to get my keys.Linen service was excellent. I would definitely rent 502 Chesapeake again.

Another great year

This was our 9th year renting through Tansey-Warner. As always their customer service is great! Our unit is exactly what we need and the memories we have made there are priceless. We look forward to this getaway every year. Thank you for resolving any issues we have ever had quickly (which was rare). We will continue our vacations at this great location!

Happy with this unit

We liked this unit and the two foldout sofas. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. The only reason we might not use this unit again is the VERY loud exhaust fan in the bedroom bath. It woke up the other occupant at night and made using the bathroom uncomfortable. The balcony furniture was great, very nice table and chairs. The unit was by the elevator which we were initially apprehensive about but it proved not to be a problem at all, in fact, we liked it. Overall, we really enjoyed the unit.

The room was fabulous! We stayed in Annapolis last year and the room was not up to par at all. I hope that we will be returning next year and I would definitely try to reserve the same room. It was also a pleasure dealing w/ the realtors at Tansey Warner! Hope we'll be back next year!!

Vacation Stay

Our family had a wonderful time during our vacation. There was a problem with the disposal which was fixed the following day. The unit was clean. I think the owners provide a good amount of "extras" in the unit. Some updates could be made but it accommodates our family just wonderfully. We have now stayed in this unit several years and would like to continue for the future. Great location for the children also. We know there is a leak in the seal of one of the sliders, but it does not obstruct the view. Your service at Tansey is always great and we are happy to rent from both Tansey and the owners each year. Thank you for a great time!
