Great location
Working with tansey Warner was great- easy no hastle! Unit was nice- in need of updates but that’s typical with sea colony- could have been much worse! Love SC and will be back- and will definitely use tansey Warner!

Very nice vacation rental
The unit was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was adequate for a beach rental. The living room and bedroom. furniture was comfortable. Great view from the balcony and very nice decorations. The TV did not work properly, the sound was off the video by a few seconds. I have stayed at Sea Colony several times and always have a good experience. Also, we had great beach weather for most of our stay (not your control, but it’s still a plus!)

Getaway
Really cute one bedroom apartment. It was cool and comfortable during our stay! It was nicely decorated and had a homey vibe! It was a perfect getaway for a week. Our only complaint was the floors were dirty and desperately needed a mopping!!

The rental was nice. Location good. We did have a couple of small issues. The ceiling fan was not working correctly in the living room and the tv in the bedroom also was not connected to WiFi. Both issues were corrected promptly after calls to Tansey.

Accommodations were very good. Close to beach and Edgewater hot tub and pool. AC was not adjustable and we found it very uncomfortable. Definitely would return to unit but the AC would make us think twice about the unit.

We enjoyed our week at the beach and check in and check out was super easy! A couple of suggestions for this unit is that the renter should know that the shower head is extremely low--I'm a short person and it was right at my head, my hubby kept hitting his head. We removed a shower chair that was also in the tub when we arrived but put back before checking out. And, the bed was very low. We did like that it had the half bath--that was nice to have! We did enjoy the parking space being right near the elevator and the condo being so close to the elevator too! That worked great for hauling stuff back and forth.

Charming and Restful
The unit is clean and well maintained with a good view of the ocean and beach. The parking place in extremely close to the automatic door which enters the lobby making it easy to transfer baggage from the car to the apartment. The unit itself is conveniently located close to the elevator. I experienced only a couple of minor problems: I am only 5 feet tall and could not reach several of the shelves where the dishes are stored. I couldn't play the DVDs which I brought with me because the equipment played only blue ray discs. TV reception in the bedroom is very poor.

Comfortable and Clean
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and comfortable. The pictures are accurate and the view is amazing. We had a great time and felt safe here in spite of the pandemic. Not a typical year but we loved being by the beach and made the most of our time.
