Rios Family Vacation
The facility accommodated my family very well and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our granddaughter loved the trip and has not stopped talking about it. My family is already talking about next year and that includes two people coming from LA to enjoy the area & facilities One item that you should be aware of is that the shower in the master bedroom leaks and we adapted to that so there would be no damage but it should be repaired to avoid future issues. I cannot say enough about the experience and am looking forward to returning.

Loved the View
This was our first time staying in Bethany Beach and Sea Colony as opposed to Ocean City and we would do so again. Sea Colony has beautiful , well kept grounds, buildings , beach areas and pools. It is within walking distance of several restaurants ( without the wait times of Ocean City) and the Boardwalk. Other restaurants and grocery stores are a reasonable drive. Our unit was well equipped and comfortable, but in definite need of bathroom updates. Tansey- Warner Realty provided great service as well.

Like our stay in 1201 Edgewater
We really like our stay at Sea Colony 1201 Edgewater this time. Beautiful water view and clean apartment. Recommend this apartment. Spacious inside and good beach to walk .

The unit has a spectacular view and is very large. However, it is really dated. Carpet could definitely use replacement. Hot water ran out pretty quickly with showers. Good value for the price though. All services, check in, departure, linens, etc. were efficient and as expected. Overall, enjoyed our stay and the unit.
