Awesome Beach Unit

My family was able to take a quick getaway trip on Labor Day weekend to our favorite beach spot in Bethany. Thank you Tansey-Warner Reality for the mini week rental. The weather was fantastic, the ocean was refreshing, it was 3 perfect days at the beach. The 408 Brandywine is a great unit, well maintained and updated, and we loved all the beach decorations. Makes you really feel like you are staying at the beach. The price per day for this unit was very reasonable. One suggestion for a small improvement is upgrading the refrigerator that has an ice maker. The old fashion filling the ice trays and waiting for it to freeze was a slight inconvenience. Had to eventually buy a bag of ice at the CVS. Other than that, it was another great stay at the Sea Colony. Thank you!

Beachside Condo

408 Brandywine was a fantastic location for a beach vacation with a 6 year old! The one-bedroom condo with a queen bed and twin was perfect for our family, and having two bathrooms was especially helpful. The condo had everything we needed, including a few items we had been told to bring (thank you to the guests before us!). The beach-themed décor was so cute, with thoughtful touches throughout—we especially loved the beach sandal boxes! The view was an added bonus. We also loved the perks and family-friendly atmosphere of Sea Colony. The condo was just steps from multiple pools, the beach, and parking. Family bingo, beach marshmallow-making, and the playsets on the beach were great for our daughter. The bins for loading and unloading made things much easier, and the tram was a fun and convenient way to explore the West Side. Our only feedback is that the half-bath toilet was wobbly, which we reported at checkout. Lastly, Tansey-Warner Realty did a fantastic job with the entire rental process. Booking, check-in, and check-out were all quick and efficient—they truly have it down pat!

Our rental was clean and ready on time for occupancy. It had many extras like coffee makers and teapot and the televisions were easy to operate. We thoroughly enjoyed our summer stay

Very nice unit

The kitchen is very well equipped and has both a Keurig and a 12 cup coffeemaker as well as a Brita water pitcher. The unit is nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall, it was very nice. We would stay there again. Parking was great, near the elevator and the condo was near the elevator. This made it quite nice during check-in and out. It could do with some minor updates, however everything worked well.

This is a charming little place. So well equipped and stocked. There were plenty of plates and utensils for when our grandkids who stay on the west side come up from the beach for lunch. My only two suggestions would be to eliminate keys and go to keyless entry, and maybe an ice maker when fridge is replaced. Really a wonderful place.

We had a wonderful stay at 408 Brandywine. Our only suggestion would be to update the mattress. My husband was not comfortable at night. Other than that we were very happy with the apartment. We were also pleasantly surprised how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were with basic supplies like hand soap, garbage bags, aluminum foil, etc.

Very Clean, Beachy Theme!

This condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, quiet, peaceful, plenty of hot water and A/C worked great even during a heatwave! We enjoyed our stay except it was a tad small for a family of four (3 adults/1 teen) when it came to shower time. Having just the one full bathroom/bedroom was a little difficult for us but not impossible. Overall, really nice place and would stay here again once we become empty-nesters! :-)

Great unit!

Well-maintained unit with a decent beach/ocean view. We’ve been to Bethany many times and always rent a Sea Colony unit through Tansey-Warner. Never any issues and always a great experience!

Great stay!

We loved our stay! This is the perfect location with a beautiful view of one of the pools and the ocean from the balcony. The unit was clean and well kept. It had all the comforts of home which made it easy to use the kitchen and enjoy all areas of the unit.

Great ocean front condo

My family and I were very pleased with this condo for our vacation in early August. The condo was fully stocked and very clean when we came the first day. Perfect size for my family of 4. We loved how close it was to the pool and ocean. And also how we had a designated parking spot. The condo was a short walk to shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Bethany.

Unit 408 B in the Brandywine building

The one bedroom condo was perfect for our family. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Just a short walk to the beach and choice of many pools. Unit also has private parking.
