We had a wonderful stay at 105 island house. The unit was very clean and well supplied. The kitchen, master bath and floors were nicely updated. Although we usually look for a floor with a higher view, we now think we prefer the easy access to the beach that the first floor provides, and we felt that there was still a nice view as we could still see the water and dunes. I don’t need to see the people on the beach. 😊 we thought we might feel the unit was not private being on the beach level, but there was very little foot traffic in front of the porch. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay!!

105 Island was one of our favorite condos so far at Sea Colony. We have been renting for years and this was amazing. The kitchen was gorgeous, bathroom was top notch, tv room perfect. Only recommendation would be to get a king size bed instead of a queen in the master, but we made it work and that is minor.

Easy access to the beach. Wonderful view of ocean from living room area. Nice porch to hangout. Wonderful surprise to have 3 bedrooms and not just two! The week passed way too quickly! Would definitely rent this property again.

Lovely unit and location. Would strongly recommend a softer mattress in master bedroom-it was like a rock- and a working vacuum cleaner. Otherwise the unit has everything you need for a great vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay in 105 Island. The view is limited since there are bushes right in front, but we liked being in a quiet area. The condo was well furnished and the beds were great. Since we love Christmas we loved the beach Santa items. The one thing we noticed was all the silverware had just been dumped in the drawer so we had to take it and put it in order. Other than that, great stay. Will rent this condo again even if view is better on an upper floor.

We really enjoyed this property. We have been with Sea Colony, C+ ratings for three years and this was the best one yet. It was a great location, we could hear the sea from where we were staying. We also loved the beds and all of the funky decor including the Santa's surfing. It was a wonderful week at the beach. Thank you! Two recommendations: We need more Tablespoon measuring spoons and more cutting boards.
