Embrace the spirit of the beach! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath 8th floor condo is located in the main building of Edgewater. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room and convenience store all located in this building. This very nice unit has a spectacular view and comes complete with fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and furnished balcony overlooking the beach, pool and gorgeous Atlantic Ocean. A custom Computer Desk was added to keep the screens off the dining table. There is a laundry room sink to rinse off bathing suits and a beach locker with chairs and other sand items. Edgewater House balconies are the largest available. The Refrigerator, Stove, and Microwave were all replaced in 2016. The living room couch was also replaced. We should be replacing the living room carpet in 2017. The owner's family makes frequent use of the condo, so everything is kept well stocked and in good shape. The assigned parking space is located under the building to keep you out of the heat and rain. (note Apr 2017. All the photos are not current. The newest ones show a stainless steel refrigerator, brown leather couch and dark brown chairs, stripped fabric on the dining room chairs.)
