This was our first time and it was a wonderful place. The location was perfect. A nice job was done one the remodeling. The beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion would be to have couch covers put on. Unfortunately previous renters that were there ate food and had drinks on the couches. Which is a shame they are new. We did have to call the realtor when we first arrived and they responded quickly and made sure to meet our needs. We enjoyed everything so much we have decided to return the same week next year!

Another Great Vacation

We enjoyed another great vacation at 101 Dover this year. The recently updated condo is a perfect size for our family. It's also close to the pool and beach access. Sea Colony is a beautifully maintained property and is a great place for families to vacation.

Fantastic Unit

The owners have done an excellent job of completely updating the unit over the past few years. The most recent updates to the bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and you cannot find a nicer unit with a better location. The Tansey Warner staff was great as always too! We look forward to staying in this unit for years to come.

Dream Location

We love working with Tansey-Warner to book our annual beach vacation! The employees are always friendly and helpful. The condo, 101 Dover, is a great unit. It's a corner property on the ground level. It's very close to the pool, and the beach is just beyond that. The owners have done a beautiful job with renovations to the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms have gotten fresh paint and new comforters. We love this unit and we look forward to staying at 101 Dover next summer.

Seaside Dream

Our Tansey-Warner rental property at Sea Colony was, as always, outstanding. It is a comfortable property and the amenities in the community are wonderful. We will continue to book our annual beach vacation with Tansey-Warner. They have such easy processes for booking, pick-up of keys, and dropoff of keys. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful when I contact them via phone or email, or when I come into the office.

Lovely Condo, Great Location

Great Upgrades

The upgrades made by the owner were beautiful. The flooring, kitchen, and master bath upgrades made this amazing unit even better than it was before. All they need to do is upgrade the guest bathroom to make it perfect.

Love It!

I have lost track of how many summers we have stayed in 101 Dover. We always have a great stay there. The Sea Colony community is very well maintained; always clean and inviting. The condo is comfortable and the owners take great care of it. The renos in the kitchen and master bath are beautiful! The location of the condo puts us right by the pool, beach access, and there are tennis courts for my nieces to practice. This place is great for a family stay.

Nice place

The condo we rented looks newly renovated and was in good shape. Everything worked well in the condo and the layout of the furniture was much netter than the condo we normally rented in the past which had an awkward arrangement and layout. Overall we are happier with our stay compared to previous years due to the condo and we like the location better.

Perfect Place

This unit is the perfect place for our family vacation. We have easy access to the nearest pool and to the beach. My nieces play tennis so having access to top notch tennis courts is very valuable. The unit itself is nicely decorated and has a homey feel to it. The Sea Colony community is very well kept. We plan to rent the same unit next year.

BB 2017

We have been renting this unit for many years and love the location and layout. There is plenty of room for everyone; we had 7 this year (4 adults and three teens). We used the Fitness center every day taking classes or just doing our own workouts. We can't say enough good things about Sea Colony!!!

Dover 101

Loved the unit and the convenience of the first floor. This was our 35th year to. visit Sea Colony. Unit was clean and comfortable. Could use more electrical outlets in bathrooms. Already reserved condo for next year. Same time, same place.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Plenty of room for 5 adults and two brand new grandchildren. While using the elevators has never been a problem, having access to the main concourse level was great. Comfortable furniture and usable kitchen w/ usable pots, pans and accessories too. Signed up for first refusal for next year before the week was out.

Great condo

We have stayed at 101 Dover for several years and absolutely love it. The only question I have is why they upgraded the living room furniture to white! That was a little nerve racking with the little ones. We were constantly on edge with them. I also miss the reclining sofa! That said, our stay could not have been better and we look forward to staying there for many years to come.
