Nice roomy condo with a large balcony & plenty of seating. However, the lighting was poor and the cleaning job was marginal but in general it was a comfortable unit. Sea Colony is great for a family vacation and we enjoyed our stay.

My husband’s family has used Tansey Warner for over 20 years. We are always happy with accommodations as well as any staff we speak with. We will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone that is looking for a place at the beach.

Very good service from Tansey Warner. Carpeting and furnishings for the unit were a little dated and there had been a leak in the master bedroom's bathroom - but overall the unit was fine. Is there anyway to give Edgewater residents an idea of where the parking is located...it took me a bit of time to find. And I didn't initially realize the parking number was on the back of the unit key. Otherwise all was good.

We love this unit and have stayed here several years. We like the central location, the furnishings, balcony furniture, and the kitchen equipment. The unit is very comfortable! The master bedsprings are really squeaky and need to be replaced. Also, I wish the owner would leave Windex so the two glass tables could be cleaned. We would certainly rent this unit again! and like to deal with Tansey-Warner.

Home Away From Home
902 N. Edgewater was great! The place was clean and very comfy. Personal touches around the condo. Plenty of space for the four of us and an amazing view with a large balcony.

We loved this unit. Very cozy with a "homey" feeling. The kitchen needs a little update but other than that, it was great. Very clean and so convenient to everything. We have stayed in Edgewater the past 4 years and this condo was by far, the nicest!
