802 is a perfect place for us to stay. It's location is great. Close to the pool. The condo is comfortable and more than enough room for us. The ladies at Tansey-Warner are very helpful if a problem does occur. Actually been dealing with Tansey-Warner for many many years and they're more like family.

Exceptional View ☀️

I was unaware of the exact location of this unit when booking and THRILLED to discover the AMAZING ocean view. We were please with the comfortable beds and found the pull-out sofa bed comfortable as well. The bedroom was quiet and very dark — which made for excellent sleeping. The unit was exactly as advertised. It’s a condo that has seen a lot of use but our family found it PERFECT. We’ve stayed 4 other times in oceanfront units. This view is my FAVORITE.

Unit is always clean,kitchen has what I need...a grab Bar in the bathroom would be nice. Overall, it suits our needs..very comfortable..and yes..it doesn't have granite countertops...so what!lol..thanks so much for your help when the picture fell off the bedroom wall while we were in the livingroom. Your lady that come to help clean it up was very nice and did a very thorough cleaning up the glass from the carpet.you guys are the best!!!

We rented unit 802 Chesapeake - lovely view and well stocked unit. The sofa bed in livingroom is dated and should be replaced. The rest of the unit is great and we would definitely rent it again. Thank you!

802 Chesapeake review July 2019

We were quite surprised at this place because the pictures from the web site do not do it justice. Good beds, good climate control, nice views to the ocean and beach, etc. Only negative is the fact that there is lousy closet space, so a lot of our stuff had to be kept in suitcases in the bedroom. We'd stay there again - definitely.

Nice one bedroom

We really enjoyed our stay in 802 Chesapeake the last week of August 2018. The unit is a little outdated in terms of decor and furniture but it was clean and comfortable. The TVs have been updated to flat screens which wasn’t reflected in the unit photos we saw so we were pleasantly surprised. The unit does offer WiFi but we found it to be glitchy in terms of speed and in terms of randomly disconnecting from our phones but we weren’t there to spend time on technology \_(ツ)_/¯ Overall, it’s a great unit for one family and we would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Service through Tansey Warner was great, staff friendly. My unit was wonderful, since my husband uses a cane he cannot go to beach however, we had a great view and comfortable lounge furniture. Also, our assigned parking was close to the door. The unit needs just 2 things , a bar in the shower to hold onto and the couch was tired (a lot of use). I definitely would rent again...thanks for a wonderful vacation!!!!

Great June Stay

This place was really nice for my family of four, with two small kids. What I enjoyed the most about it, was the space in the living room for the kids to play. View is gorgeous! One thing I would suggest is the mesh around the balcony. Kids or not, I think it would give visits a little bit more piece of mind. Thanks so much, we really enjoyed our stay!

LOVED THE CONDO!!...your service is always top notch....You are great to work with..have been with your group way before the new building! thanks for the great listing ...we plan to rent this unit again next year, same time........maybe a new slip cover on the sofa will look pretty. and clean....we will see you again in September!will make arrangements for the place then.

EXCELLENT RENTAL!!

EVERYTHING WAS JUST AS ADVERTISED. I WOULD, HOWEVER, SUGGEST THE ADDITION OF A GRAB BAR IN THE TUB AREA FOR US "OLDER FOLKS." WE LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING TO SEA COLONY AGAIN NEXT YEAR..

We had a wonderful vacation. Our only complaint, and I think it's out of your hands, is that we have to go across the street to get our badges. It used to be very turnkey when we could get them from you. This time it took about 30 minutes until we got through the line and got the badges. Everything else so good. Thanks
