Last Minute Booking Exceeded Expectations
We booked very last minute and were not disappointed! The Tansey Warner staff was responsive, friendly, and helpful. From booking to check in to check out, they made the process very easy and the communication was excellent along the way. The unit was nicer than it looked in the photos. We were thrilled with the fantastic view from the balcony, how clean it was, and the well appointed kitchen. The bed in the master was a little hard but other than that our stay was completely comfortable. And we had no trouble sleeping after all the time on the beach!

I think a lot of this unit ... enough to book it each year. Hope it remains available. One of the best views overlooking the central area,, nice height and enjoy the amenities

I t was a comfortable room with a spectacular view. the kitchen was well stocked. The shower curtain liner needs to be replaced and the there some issues with the lighting in the bathroom. the lights in the bathroom flicker or don't work at all at times. We were very happy with our stay this year. we have been coming for 37 years.

Great View and Location make this above average!!
View of ocean , location is central to everything. We love sea colony ! As a family with young kids, we are not looking for a luxurious rental. It was comfortable. Wi fi was unpredictable, but we stopped caring after day 2 and spent the rest of our vacation unplugged and in the sand, and pool, or doing things the area has to offer. Great time :)
