Sea Colony is a gated private community with amenities including a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), indoor and outdoor tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, exercise room, walking paths, bike paths, lakes, ponds and community tram/shuttle services. Gorgeous and great location
We loved this condo. It was nicely decorated, the kitchen had everything we needed and the balcony was perfect. A great stay in 204 Farragut- we hope to be back soon!

Another Great Stay
This is the only place we stay whenever we go to Bethany Beach. We always have an enjoyable stay. The unit is always in nice shape and we like being on the second floor when the elevators get busy. The kitchen was recently remodeled and they did an excellent job, really opens the space up and makes it much brighter.
